Visitors

Last week my brother was playing the piano and I was singing along with him, but I stopped in the middle of a sentence to discover there were some roosters in our frontyard. I immediately grabbed my camera and took some pictures. They came from our neighbor's yard. It was quite amusing!

We have some hay in front of our porch because we recently got our porch posts replaced.

They went to our backyard too.

A wedding

This past weekend it was nice to go to a lovely wedding down in the Chattanooga area. I really enjoyed catching up with my Southern friends on Sunday. I am definately looking forward to this upcoming school year, but I am not complaining about the days I have off now.

It was nice to spend some time with my friend Heather again. She was such
a blessing to me this past school year. We had Bible memorization and Bible study groups together. She also drove me to church several times. I value her friendship and I am excited to see how the Lord is now leading in her life since she graduated from nursing.

Mom and I stopped my a reststop on the way back home from the wedding. It was refreshing to walk in the beautiful weather outside.

Summer school is over! .... The Fourth of July at the McNulty's home

It is already July 5. In the month of June I was abe to complete three hours of General Psychology at my community college. It was an interesting class, and my days were filled with studying. I finished it on July 2!

These are some photos from happy times at home during June. Ranger and I have had a lot of bonding time this month.
The petunias are blossoming beautifully on our front porch.

Yesterday, we had a picnic on the back porch for the Fourth of July.

My Grandma, Mom, brothers, and uncles were there.

My wonderful grandma and I

After the meal, we put on a musical concert for Grandma.
Aaron and Uncle Albert played a trombone duet.

Stephen played the piano, and then I sang some patriotic songs.

O beautiful for spacious skies, For amber waves of grain For purple mountain majesties Above the fruited plain America! America! God shed your grace on thee, And crown thy good with brotherhood From sea to shining sea.O beautiful for patriot dream That sees beyond the years Thine alabaster cities glean Undimmed by human tears America! America! God shed your grace on thee And crown thy good with brotherhood From sea to shining sea.- (Author Unknown)
